Blue Heart Gardens Herbal Teas

As a passionate outdoors-woman, organic farmer and forager, I knew from the beginning that BHG teas would only include wholesome, natural ingredients from the bounty this island has to offer. No imported or artificial ingredients, simply teas authentic to their Newfoundland origin.

One of the first blends created was for Raymonds Restaurant. ‘Boreal Bliss’ became the signature tea of this world-class restaurant, delighting guests from around the globe.

Since then, several more blends have been added to these caffeine-free tea offerings. Sustainably wild-harvested by hand from coastal meadows and woodlands, and/or organically grown by the sea at Blue Heart Gardens, these tea herbs are handcrafted in small batches to maintain their freshness and nutritious properties. BHG teas are fragrant and pure like the clear coastal air in which they grow. You can taste the wild goodness in every cup of tea.

In fact, BHG herbal teas have been called ‘medicinal sunshine.’ So whether you want to energize your mornings, or reset your internal compass at day’s end, there’s a delicious blend waiting for you to explore.

What’s in a name?

Blue Heart Gardens are located on the wild coast of Trinity Bay, NL. Nourished by abundant seaweed, the gardens are named after a quote by famous American oceanographer Sylvia Earle, who called the ocean the “blue heart of the planet.”
